You may be asking what I mean by WHY. Well it is very simple; however it is complex at the same time because it is different for everyone. A WHY is the true reason you joined this business. I bet 99% of you just said to make money?right? It is bigger than that though. I am going to challenge you to write down exactly WHY you wanted a change in your life and what your goal is going forward. Here is an example of a WHY. Please understand though until you create your own it won't be the same.

"My Why is? I am sick and tired of living paycheck to paycheck. I want to provide my kids with the things in life I never was able to receive growing up. I want to assist others just like me to change their lives financially. I have decided to make a positive change in my life that will give me the financial resources I need to live the life of my dreams and never have to depend on a JOB again unless it is on my terms. I will use the money I earn to help my family and other organizations that I believe in. I am so grateful to be living my WHY!"
In order to find success, it is absolutely imperative that you identify your “why” and remember it regularly. Your why is the reason behind your choice to work online. It's personal, you're passionate about it, it drives you...it's CRITICAL to your success!Here are some questions to get you started:
•What motivates you to be in this business?
•WHY is doing this important to you?•What goals do you hope to achieve by working at home?
•What are some of the dreams you hope to reach by working at home?
•How much money would you like to earn from your business every month?
•How are you going to use your income?
•Why is this income important to you?Be specific in your answers. The more you can identify the exact ideas that are driving your desire to work from home, the more likely you will find success doing so.Now the next step is this: do NOT just know what your "why" is in your head. Write it down and keep it somewhere you can look at it every day. Whether you type it out and tape it to your wall or print it out on a card and keep it in your pocket...whatever your method, look at it every day.In every business, in and out of the home, there are times when the road is rocky and things get difficult. Maybe business is not growing as quickly as it should. Maybe you are struggling with finances. Whatever the case may be, it is at those times you will need your "why" the most.
To take it a step further, create a Dream Board: a visualization of your WHY in addition to the written words. Make a poster/collage, etc. and include photographs or magazine clips of what your life will look like when your DREAMS start to become REALITY! Visualization is a huge tool for success! Everyday you can look at your written goals and motivations and your visual depictions of what you want your life to look like....what your life WILL look like as your new business explodes!If you forget why you are working online as YOUR OWN BUSINESS , you will not be focused and will never find true success.So....KNOW your why, WRITE your why, and VISUALIZE your why! Never stop! It will inspire you to keep going...even in the hard times.
Here's a little worksheet I use with all my new team members so I can help them identify their "why" and to keep them accountable:
1. What motivates you to be in YOUR OWN BUSINESS ? WHY is doing this important to you?
2. How much money would you like to earn from YOUR OWN BUSINESS every month?
3. How are you going to use your income? Why is this income important to you?
4. How much time are you going to spend each day to accomplish your objectives? What hours each day to you plan to work?
